Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service
- We provide digital products in the form of downloadable resume files (PDF format).
- Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once delivered.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed, as the product is delivered instantly.
3. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the resume has been generated and made available for download.
- However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions: (a) Payment is successfully made but the resume is not generated or delivered, (b) Technical errors prevent access to the purchased product. In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Duplicate Payments
- If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us.
- After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
- All payments and refunds are handled through Razorpay.
