By accessing or using Resume by Elecsy, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Overview
  • Resume by Elecsy is a web-based platform that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes in PDF format.
  • By using this service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use this platform in your jurisdiction.
2. Usage Rules
  • The resume generated through this platform is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the service or its output with third parties for commercial purposes.
  • You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Automated access, scraping, or unauthorized use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including the one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered email.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Terms
  • Access to certain features, such as PDF download, requires a one-time payment of ₹19.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated on the pricing page before your purchase.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the resume has been generated and made available for download, no refunds will be issued except in cases of proven technical issues.
5. Intellectual Property
  • The content you provide in your resume remains your own. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.
  • The platform design, templates, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Resume by Elecsy and may not be copied or reproduced.
6. Data Privacy & Security
  • Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of generating your resume. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any commercial, marketing, or advertising purposes.
  • We do not share your personal information with any third parties except as required to process your payment securely through Razorpay.
  • Your resume data is stored securely and is accessible only to you. We employ industry-standard measures to protect your information.
  • You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at elecsyinnovations@gmail.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • We provide the service 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or missed job opportunities.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Service Availability
  • We strive to ensure that the platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or technical reasons.
10. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
